The eligible concessions encompass various options, potentially granting you access to valuable rebates:

• Health Care Card (HCC)
• Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)
• Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (CSHC)
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Card
• Medicare Safety Net

For those who possess a valid Medicare Care Card, you have the opportunity to receive a rebate for each consultation. Payment is processed subsequent to your consultation. To claim the rebate, we will require your Physical Debit Card. The payment will be seamlessly processed, and you’ll be prompted to tap your Physical Debit Card, with the rebate promptly deposited into your bank account within 48 hours.

In the case of Telehealth Consultations, our reception will reach out to you to facilitate payment over the phone. Rebates for telehealth consults can be claimed through your MyGov account, kindly inform our reception team, and they will provide you with the necessary receipt for your convenience.
